Gators and Swamps: Everglades National Park – Shark Valley

Explore the lush Everglades! Located near Miami, the Shark Valley Trail boasts beautiful wildflowers and is good for all skill levels. The path is suitable for walking, running, and bikes, as well as wheelchairs and, is accessible year-round.

Expect to see many turtles, beautiful birds and alligators. The trail is very flat and well maintained. Don’t miss your chance to walk up to the small Shark Valley observation tower – the views from there are great!

This hike is great for people from Miami and southern Florida.
